Three small colored pencil  drawings . All roughly about playing card size. I love doing quick little drawings that take a small amount of time, these are some  of my best done from tutorials. 

DP latest project

 

My latest DP project, a traditional white santa. I wanted this one so bad I just went and bought it, hehe. I started a small corner a couple days back, and really look forward to working on it.  I got it on Amazon and it's the largest one so far I have  gotten. I am just a bit intimidated by it.

Sugar Skulls Coloring Book

 Not a professional video by any way, lol. Sugar Skulls  coloring book I found at our tractor supply store, I totally love this book so I thought it would be fun showing it off. The pages are nice thick and sturdy, so I think I will be able to use some of my water colors in it also.  A wonderful book! 

Two tiny creatures

Already the end of March, wow.  I'm back with two  little drawing projects that  were kind of  spur of the moment ideas.  Water creatures, no surprise there I guess, lol.  I love  things that involve water, beaches, 

boats, and those types of things.  The top one is an Oxylotl, a  water creature related to  lizards.  And an all time favorite,  sea turtles.  These pics are about 3 inches in size.

I will be showing some of my pencil and pen sets I use to color  with and some of my coloring books  also  this week.  Happy crafting!

A beginning to a new journey

 Hello and welcome to my  blog. I'm starting out with a favorite- coloring!  :) I don't mean for small kids, I do coloring in more complex books for adults.  There are many great artists out there who create beautiful books and art just for this purpose.  Johanna Basford  is one  of my favorites.  The  picture I have here is by Coco Wyo, another favorite.  This is  the beginning of the journey with  more   crafting  interests  I have  and will be sharing, so I hope you will  join in and follow !
